Susie is one of three girls dumped literally in the middle of nowhere with just a few houses up the road. This area is a known dumping ground. People are tired of it and were throwing stones at the pups and kicking them to try to make them go away! A lovely lady who feeds the stray in that area, managed to catch them and took them home, where she has loved and cared for them. But her health is not brilliant, like me she suffers with painful knees. She is unable to keep them all. She has also caught the mum and is keeping her at her home also. She asked for help, so we are trying!!
Susie was born approx. 10th May 2020. She looks to be a hound mix of some sort or possibly Greek Shepherd mix. Will grow to medium in size we believe. She has a beautiful white, grey, black and brown brindle coat along with a shorter more stumpy tail. Very unusual and pretty girl.
Susie is lovely with her siblings and resident dog and loves cats. There are over 30 cats at her home! Susie is a sweet, happy, friendly loving girl with her foster family. But she has not seen many other people so is nervous around strangers. But after a while of me being there I managed to get a few cuddles!!
Susie will need an experienced doggy family to bring out her true character. No children due to her size and lack of contact with people. She is fearful of strangers but in no way aggressive. She has a lovely energy and will be an amazing companion for the right family.
