Precious – reserved
Precious was found in a terrible state, totally emaciated with wire around her neck which had cut a large gash into her skin. She was matted and full of fleas together with an eye infection.
If that wasn’t bad enough within a week of being rescued she came down with parvo. Everyone feared the worst as the vet advised to take her home as there wasn’t anything more he could do as her veins had collapsed so she couldn’t even be put on a drip. Against all the odd she survived, which is a testament to the loving care her foster carers gave to her. She is fully over her ordeal and totally healthy.
Precious was born 25.01.19. She looks to be a wired haired Jack Russell. She is a beautiful girl with stunning white and tan markings and modelling the fashionable “scruffy dog” look. She has just had her first season and so is not sterilised as yet. This will need to be done in approximately 3 months time and will be part of her adoption contract
Precious is wonderful with people, children, dogs and cats. She is highly intelligent, kind and playful. She is best in a harness rather than a collar and lead due to her past. She is also house trained, although any move to a new home is unsettling so she may just need a bit of guidance as to where she is allowed to toilet.
Precious is fully vaccinated and ready to find her forever home.
